Movie Premiere

My roommate got free tickets to the premiere of Voyage of the Dawn Treader last night. The two lead characters of Edmund and Lucy were even there. It was awesome.

I relate to Edmund's character the most and this is the book where he really matures in his journey and CS Lewis speaks so much about addictions, hang ups, continuing sins in our lives. It was very powerful to watch. Also, watching Reepicheep go into Aslan's land was beautiful. I felt so lucky to be able to watch it for free and with my roommate. I had to ask off work early, giving my boss only 4 hours notice that I needed to leave early, but she was understanding and accommodated me. I got ready in formal wear in just 20 minutes. Going from nanny to formal wear in 20 minutes is no small feat, haha.

I am hoping that my Bible Study group can go see Voyage of the Dawn Treader sometime together. I won't be able to see them tonight though, since I will be going to my Senior Class Christmas party. I can't believe today is my last day of undergrad classes. I have to move out, buy a mattress, take finals, etc. Woot.
